Subject: Coronavirus Response Action

Heeding the California Governor's Executive Order N-33-20 proclaiming a State of Emergency while assessing the latest guidance provided by the State and County Departments of Public Health and following similar actions taken from numerous surrounding public agencies and member agencies of the Central Basin Municipal Water District (District), the District is temporarily taking additional precautionary measures to District operations to protect public health, reduce community spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and protect the health of the District's Directors and employees as follows:

1. District facilities will be closed. District operations will continue during normal
operating hours as staff will continue to provide services and be available to answer
questions by phone and email.

The District's response to the Coronavirus pandemic is a dynamic situation. The District will continue to closely monitor any directive from the Centers for Disease Control, California Department of Public Health, and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. The District appreciates your cooperation and understanding while dealing with the unprecedented issue.
